Penelope Emy Velvet Hoodie - a popular hoodie from Penelope returns in the fall-winter collection in navy. Made of a very soft velvet, the hoodie has a zip on the front and two pockets on the sides with contrasting white stitching. On the heart, a Penelope logo is embroidered in bright gold contrast. The jacket has a non-removable hood lined with a white and very soft interior fabric. Two drawstrings to tighten the hood have stylish fake leather inserts.
