Description

Pioneer Riding Boots Gea - gorgeous field boots made from varnished leather for a glamorous look in the saddle. Suitable for both show jumping and dressage riders, the Gea is a versatile and affordable tall riding boot. 

Main features: 

- varnished leather 

- front laces

- rear zip and front elastic

- fully sewn leather sole

- back button and double position spur rest

Available in Black, Blue, Brown, Bronze or Red

Calf: (0, +1, +2, +3, +4,)

Height: A (Long), M (Medium), B (Short) 

Refer to the size chart to find the correct size for you (model no. 02005). Please comment your calf & height measurements and the correct size on the cart page. We will confirm your sizing via email. 

Important note, all Pioneer boots are made to order. Delivery time of approximately 4-8 weeks. Due to the ongoing Corona crisis these times are only estimates and may be longer.

30% cancellation fee applies if boots are cancelled before delivery

Shipping information

All orders placed with EquiZone Online are packed and sent from our warehouse in Germany. We aim to have all orders sent out within 2-5 days, however, we hold the right for delays in the holiday season or during sale periods (such as Black Friday). If we currently do not have an item in stock we will inform you of the estimated arrival time of the product.

On placing your order you will receive a confirmation email and/or Facebook message or SMS confirming the items you have purchased. Once your package is sent, you'll automatically receive another email and/or Facebook message or SMS with the tracking details for your order.

Free shipping does not apply to items with special shipping fees. This can include larger items such as tack boxes or jumping equipment or heavy shipments.

DHL Express  

If choosing DHL Express shipping, a house address and telephone number must be listed (no PO Box's).

Delivery times with standard shipping cannot be guaranteed. We highly recommend choosing express shipping if a guaranteed delivery time is required.

Import Duties

Import duties and taxes may apply depending on your country (this now includes the United Kingdom). Please check directly with your local customs authorities before placing your order. We are not responsible for any duties or taxes which may be incurred.

If you are not satisfied with your product in any way, EquiZone Online gives you 30 days to return or exchange your items. Please note that EquiZone Online is unable to provide a refund for any items that appear to be soiled, used or damaged in any way or items returned without original packaging and tags. Exchange of free items or bonus products is not allowed. If returned you will not receive any monetary or material compensation for them.

Tbh I’m just super disappointed. I ordered these boots for a specific competition I had coming up. Initially the communication was great and very swift as I wanted to organise to get to Australia. Once paid for I didn’t contact till the 4 week mark just to see whether the boots would be on time as they state a 4-6 week wait time. They never replied so after a week I sent another email requesting urgent reply. I got some communication back but I didn’t get my boots sent to me till 10 weeks after and they arrived a week after my competition. I really would have thought that If your wait time is 4-6 weeks and your 10 weeks late you would send it express, especially when the client has voiced her concerns on getting them on time. I had to buy other boots in the mean time for the competition…..

The boots are nice but the overall experience was pretty disappointing and when I finally did wear my boots out my friends that all knew how excited I was when I ordered them and wanted to possibly order some too just said they wouldn’t order through them now.

Unfortunately the boots were ordered shortly before Easter, which means Pioneer were on holiday and delays are always caused. The 4-6 weeks is also an indication time frame, when they are busier or over holiday periods, this time can increase, as was the case with your boots. Your boots were sent to you via expeidted shipping at our cost (normal standard shipping times are +4 weeks).

We hope that you will be happy with your boots and enjoy them for many years to come!
