WH Ultra Snaffle

Sprenger WH Ultra Snaffle - this double jointed loose ring snaffle has the ultra mouth piece with the middle link turned forwards by 45° provides gentle yet effective communication with the horse. The additional feature of the WH Ultra is a unique roller in the centre of the bit which creates an even better focus for the horse onto the tongue. The roller encourages the horse to chew, prompting salivation, allowing the acceptance of the bit and ultimately the relaxation of the jaw. Through this gentle stimulation, horses learn quicker to accept the bit, softening their top line which allows us as riders to perform movements with more relaxation, thoroughness and ultimately more harmoniously with our horse. The bit uses the tongues sense of touch to achieve optimum effect without being sharp. 

This bit is great for horses that are unresponsive to the rein aids. The tongue is gently stimulated to utilise its highly sensitive sense of touch in an incomparable way. The horse becomes more relaxed and stays focused on the tongue, preventing it from being easily distracted and so therefore more responsive to the rein aids of the rider. The end result is complete harmony.
